Our aim during the due diligence period of any project is to identify potential development risks associated with specific projects.
Our fundamental goal during this initial stage of the project is to ensure that we carefully outline and provide strategic advice in relation to zoning, potential land uplift, site constraints (e.g. environmental, flooding, vegetation, civil servicing) to ensure we critically examine the feasibility of a project before any financial commitment is made by the client.
